SHIPPING
Lucky We Live Hawaii ships all items through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipping and handling charges are based upon all items purchased. All US orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days. Once your items have been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please contact us if you may need any other accommodations in shipping. Additional fees maybe applied according to the form of shipment.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we would be happy to accept merchandise exchanges within 7 days of you receiving your items. We can either offer you a shop credit or the option to exchange the item for an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If your product was damaged, picture of the damaged good will be required in order replace the item.
All customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs of their purchases & exchanges; these charges are non-refundable.
All sale items purchased are final. Any items purchased in the discounted Sale page are non-refundable.
